Tricia Pridemore appointed as Executive Vice President of Energy, Regulatory and Policy at DC BLOX
Pridemore joins DC BLOX to lead broad-based regulatory, energy, and policy engagement during a period of rapid development for digital infrastructure. As utilities, developers, and public authorities collaborate to support power-intensive computing environments, Pridemore will represent the company’s mission across state, regional, and federal forums, helping shape policies that accelerate critical infrastructure investment, grid reliability, and economic vitality. Additionally, Tricia will serve in a critical leadership role at DC BLOX in the rapid expansion of the company’s data center footprint, energy team and negotiation of Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) for grid, gas, renewable and nuclear energy to serve DC BLOX facilities.

Pridemore brings a distinguished background spanning technology entrepreneurship, state governance, and energy regulatory oversight. After founding, building, and successfully selling the software company Accucast, she directed statewide workforce development initiatives for the State of Georgia. In 2018, she was elected statewide to the Georgia Public Service Commission (PSC), where she served for more than eight years establishing energy regulatory policy, overseeing integrated resource planning, and navigating complex utility infrastructure decisions.
Nationally, Pridemore has served as President of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) and was appointed to the National Petroleum Council under two U.S. Secretaries of Energy. Recognized by Georgia Trend Magazine as one of the 100 Most Influential Georgians, she served on the Gubernatorial Transition Teams for both Governor Nathan Deal in 2011 and Governor Brian Kemp in 2019. Pridemore also co-chaired both of Governor Deal’s inaugurals and served on his governing authorities during the financing and construction of two premier sports and entertainment venues in Georgia: Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta and Truist Park in Cobb County.
